Welcome to RiverBD.com By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. RiverBD reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Product Availability

  • Our featured items are produced in limited quantities.
  • Products displayed online are also available at our outlets while stocks last.
  • Stock updates are currently managed manually, so availability shown on the website may not always be accurate.
  • In rare cases, delivery may be disrupted if a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed.

Pricing Policy

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
  • RiverBD reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or system malfunctions.
  • Online and outlet prices may differ due to promotions or special offers.

Order Policy

  • Orders are confirmed within one working day.
  • Shipping begins after confirmation, following our shipping policy.
  • RiverBD may cancel orders if products are unavailable. Advance payments will be refunded according to our refund policy.
  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled for either Cash on Delivery (COD) or prepaid transactions.

Shipping Policy

  • Home delivery is available within Dhaka and nationwide through courier partners.
  • Delivery time:
    • Dhaka: 3–5 working days
    • Outside Dhaka: 7–10 working days
  • Delivery times may vary due to government regulations, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If a product is damaged or lost during delivery, RiverBD will take appropriate action based on the situation.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Inside Dhaka

  • Customers must check product details (color, size, quality, quantity) in front of the delivery agent. Complaints after delivery will not be accepted.
  • If the correct product is delivered but the customer wishes to exchange or return, delivery charges will apply each time.
  • Delivery time: 3–5 working days.
  • Returns/exchanges follow our replacement policy.

Outside Dhaka

  • Customers must check products upon delivery. Complaints after acceptance will not be entertained.
  • Delivery charge: Tk 120 (may vary depending on product weight/quantity).
  • Delivery time: 5–7 working days.
  • Returns/exchanges follow our replacement policy.

Quality & Color

  • We strive to provide high-quality products at reasonable prices.
  • In case of quality issues, customers may request an exchange within 7 days.
  • Product images are displayed as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, graphics, or monitor settings.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable if:

  • The product cannot be delivered.
  • An incorrect product is delivered without prior notice.
  • A faulty product is received.

Refunds for advance payments will be processed within 7–10 days in compliance with the Government’s Digital Policy 2011.

Data Policy

  • Customer information (name, mobile number, email, address) is stored securely in our database.
  • Data may be used for promotional purposes but will not be shared with third parties without consent.
